Application process
We’ve kept our application process simple with three easy steps:
- Click on “Apply now”
- Fill out the form and upload your CV (and ideally a cover letter!)
- Click “Submit application” - all done!
For data protection reasons, please do not send us any postal applications or documents by email.
No – however you will need to create an account within our jobs portal to be able to track an application after submission. This should only take a few moments! Otherwise you will receive updates via email.
Absolutely! You can apply for as many suitable roles as you like. Feel free to highlight your preferred position(s) in your cover letter.
Your CV must be included as part of your application and a cover letter is desirable. If you have a portfolio or work samples, feel free to share this with us. Please be sure to also attach any relevant/required certificates.
Every application for a specific position is entered into our applicant management system. Confirmation of your successfully submitted application will be sent by email.
Interview process
A standard interview process will consist of an initial call (normally via Microsoft Teams, or sometimes in person) with the hiring manager and / or with HR.
Following this conversation, we will reach out to you to and plan the next steps together.
The application process for most positions will feature two to three interviews.
As with any interview: preparation is key!
Familiarise yourself with the job ad, its specifics, and the wider career page. Think about questions that you may be asked in relation to more technical aspects of the role.
We are also interested in the person that you are “behind the CV”. Therefore, please try to be as genuine as you can.
This can depend on various factors. We aim to get back to you after an interview within one week. But we will let you know during the interview, if it will take us some more time.

With over 40 years of experience, we combine deep expertise with a down-to-earth mindset and a commitment to excellence.
Scheer’s culture is purpose-driven and rooted in technology and entrepreneurship. Inspired by our founder Prof. Dr. August-Wilhelm Scheer’s vision, we organise ourselves to enable innovation and value trust, respect, and empowerment at every level.
Collaboration is built on mutual appreciation for diverse perspectives. We support each other through challenges, celebrate successes, and work as strong, connected teams.
